It’s been a bit of a whirlwind this last few weeks. I have finished up in Wirksworth having had a great time exhibiting for three weeks. Time passes so quickly… I met some fantastic people and was moved and humbled by their own personal stories and narratives. I want my work to stir up thoughts, questions and ideas about feelings of identity and belonging and this certainly happened in Wirksworth.

I’m just back from an injection of art and culture in Dublin. What a fantastic city. I saw an exhibition in the Modern Art Museum that I first saw in the Nottingham Contemporary about 3 years ago. Just shows the East Midlands are way ahead of the game!
